I perform at various renaissance festivals and historical re-enactment shows. I am a historical cook who recreates recipes that have been in my family since the 1400s. I specialize in British, Irish, Scottish and Welsh cuisine, but I have been known to explore French, Spanish, and Italian cuisine as well.
