We’re the Travelers.
We’ve been around the block, behind the eight-ball, beyond hope, through the wringer, and under suspicion. We're the bohemians who wax rhapsodic. We the folk-singing opera-loving madrigal-toting classical-liturgists you love to love. We’re a bunch of hippies who keep coming back for more of whatever it is we think we got the last time we were here, but mostly we love your applause.
We sing, we improv, we mess up stuff so it sounds like no other music you’ve heard, and faintly like that song you can’t remember the lyrics to but can’t get out of your head. We like audiences who like us. We’ll make you laugh, make you cry, but we’ll never make you put money in our hats.
So… come and see us at the places we sing. We’ll do our best to get a gig now and then, and then we’ll do our best to let you know where and when that might be.
Until then, rock on. We are.
(Which is all a very flowery way of saying we're a bunch of middle-aged part-time hippies who want to ROCK ON!)
