Born May 26 1966 In NYC, I have a Wife Jackie, We have 5 beautiful Childeren Together. I play electric bass guitar, and I love music. I started at age 12 playing Christian music in the hispanic pentecostal church then I began to listen to good players like Abraham Laboriel, Louis Johnson and Marcus Miller When I was 18 I Met Oscar Cartaya, a very talanted and innovative bassist and He put a seed I my musical soil and its the most beautiful thing God has put there for me, it has blossomed and it is still growing. I also Have the honor to have Gene Perez an amazing Bassist and a very wonderful person as My friend and mentor, and through Gene Perez I also had the honor of meeting the great Abraham Laboriel and Will Lee who also is a great bassist and musician, My roots are in latin but I love jazz, funk, RB, reggae and classic rock. I took reading and theory lessons from Great upright and classical bassist Tony Falanga, he was a great help for me and a good friend, I am not professional Bass player But I play from the heart, I practice every chance I get even if its an hour I have played for local bands and with some good musicians Like My good friend Billie Tortora who created JimmieBeatles From Brooklyn NY, His own original songs and a beautiful mixture of Hendrix, Clapton and The Beatles and I enjoyed it very much. I thank God every day for my life and My family. I also love to play chess and I served in the US Marines and I am very proud to be a former Marine, My motto is "Lead, follow or get out of my way"! My regular fulltime job I am an Rail Road Elecrician repairing and maintaining electric trains.
