Hermano Fuego is a duo formed by Grischka Brand and Katrin Wagenknecht, based in Freiburg, Germany. Sometime in 2005 Grischka, a drummer and(since he got his hands on a copy of the music software Reason) composer of Electronic influenced styles like Trip Hop was searching for a singer to team up with and he found his musial partner in Katrin, who became the singer and co-composer of his songs. She also writes the lyrics. Backed up by some friends from the Freiburg music scene they started to record some demo songs. In August 2006 one of their songs got picked to be released on the CD-Sampler "Freiburg Tapes". Right now they are working on new tracks, so watch out for some previews here on myspace ............................................................

Ende 2005 suchte der Schlagzeuger und (seitdem er mit der Musik Software Reason in Berührung kam) Songschreiber von Electro beeinflussten Stilen wie z.B. Trip Hop, eine Sängerin für einige seiner Songs und fand in Katrin die perfekte Ergänzung, sowohl als Texterin, als auch Co-Komponistin seiner Stücke. So enstanden einige Demos von denen eines auf der Compilation "Freiburg Tapes" landete. Zur Zeit arbeiten Hermano Fuego an neuen Tracks, also schaut ab und zu mal auf die Seite für ein paar Previews.....
