MMO RENEGADES FOREVER: Some of the memories from the old radio show MMO Renegades can be found below. MMO Renegades was a live web-cast regarding MMORPG's. It was featured on SilkyVenom.com and agroradio.com, it ran for 12 glorious episodes. MMO Renegades was a well-established part of the Vanguard Saga Of Heroes community before Fanguard #2. The last episode took place at Fanguard in San Diego and ended a great ride WAY too soon.Clicking on the following links will play some of the great memories I experienced being a part of MMO Renegades. Well I work at an ISP as an "IT dude" (official jargon). Ever since I was a little boy I wanted a job in the computer tech field (wanted to be a police officer too). After working in the food industry for seven awful years, I have finally been given the opportunity to work a job that I enjoy while learning what I need to know to grow in the computer/tech industry.

MAPH SO HAS TO BE A DRUNKARD: I do drink beer occasionally, thats pretty much it. Ever since I received alcohol poisoning back in high school I have not been able to touch a drop of hard alcohol without a serious gag reflex (Although my drunken exploits from that black-out night amuse people to this day). I love trying beers from different areas of the world though. All in all, beer is an interesting and fun cultural experience to me. Contrary to popular belief, all of my wacky adventures that go down in most peoples books as some of the craziest funniest things they have ever heard were done completely sober... However, were this to be reviewed by authority figures... I was stoned and coked out of my fucking mind while slugging back some beer! LAWL!

HOW DEEP DOES HE GO?: I would say a major interest of mine is anthropology and archeology (so thats two...). As dorky and potentially insulting as it may sound I was turned onto the field when I first saw the movie Stargate and the following popular Sci-Fi TV series Stargate-SG1. I am so amazed with what cultures thousands of years ago achieved. Feats that we could not achieve today they did with little more than sheer will and determination. I think what really sucked me in to the study of the past is answering the questions of where did so many wonderfully unique and diverse cultures come from? Who were they? How did they live? And ultimately, to seek out the answers to so many questions I have asked myself about who I am and what ideals I hold dear. Aww, didn't learn about the "deep" part...

WHAT DOES MAPH DO IN HIS SPARE TIME?: Airsoft, it has owned my pay checks as of late. Luckily I still live at home and do not have that many bills (loser). So far I have purchased a number of crappy AEG's an UTG AK47 (in the process of modding out), a Tokyo Mauri FAM-US and a STAR UMP. The next order will be a G&G GR300.I am debating on getting a HFC T77. I picked one up for my friend's cousin (Jay in the airsoft video) and it seems to miss-feed a bit. The gun does not allow you to misfire so whom ever you are shooting at is going to know your are fucked real quick. I'm not sure when I will stop buying these things... I need a gun rack *chews on straw*

UB3R 1337 G@M3Z!!!: I have always been into video games. I have a stack of game boxes close to 12 feet tall. My favorites being Black Isle's "Fallout" series, Eidos's Deus Ex (1), Sierra's "Roger Wilco" series, Half Life and expansions, Star Craft and a bazillion more. EverQuest, Lineage2 and other MMORPG's have definitely ate up a big part of my free time... I'm currently drooling over Stargate Worlds. Oh are they so fun! For the most part, video games are what I do with my spare time.

DOES MAPH LIKE DONKEYS OR ELEPHANTS?: I am a pretty politically charged person. Fairly liberal and democratic especially after the past two presidential elections. More and more I am finding that I distance myself from any views or beliefs the republican party has. I feel that I have been hurt, cheated, lied to and more importantly considered "with them" since I do not agree with the current administration what so ever. Governments, like any organization or body of people will eventually become a cancer with corruption, lies and deceit at its inner most beliefs and principles. As a famous New Orleans D.A. once sarcastically said, "If the government doesn't work, just move out West and make a better one." ...Looks at Pacific Ocean... AwwwI have always been a firm believer of compassion over fear and understanding over ignorance. Most of the world seems to not comprehend either of those philosophies and I doubt we as a species will ever see the day minus some type of huge catalyst... There is always hope though, isn’t there?
Well hope may have just come a knockin. Barack Obama '08 . The ideals of the past are not yet dead. The path to the future is what we make it... Let's pave that puppy... Wif lowve! Sorry, In short I've got a "man crush" on Barack Obama ... I feel like I'm watching Jack or Bobby on the TV and we just may get to live that "Camelot Age" all over again... Here is to hope. :)
