Hello, my name is Carl Cary. I am the Sales Manager for Jackson Financial. We specialize in commercial and investment properties. Anything from purchasing your first apartment building, financing strip malls, 1031 transactions, construction loans, and even finding properties selling for under market value and finding equity partners for larger transactions, we have everything you will need for your real estate investing needs. I have also just started working as an Account Executive for a Hard Money Lender. We do commercial lending in all 50 states plus Internationaly, and residential lending through MidWest Funding in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Idaho, Colorado, and Florida with several other states pending. Securing financing on any type of commercial, or income producing property, as well as setting up equity partners, or helping Investors and Real Estate Agents, acquire or sell properties being with equity built in. Generally, we get properties being sold at 50-70% of actual appraised value.
