Hello ..my name is Linda ..married ..two kids grown and flown now..with families of their own . Which effectively means i'm an oldie ..but a very golden oldie if I might be so bold.(((Titter titter))) oh and I have a sense of humour to match I have travelled far and wide,have a wide range of interests,I take people for what and who they are,and my favourite saying is "Do unto others and so on and so forth"

Below ..my six precious "Rainbow kids" all waiting at the bridge for me ..
My Kizz ..my "Now" little sweetheart.. this was her as she was when we went to collect her from a sanctuary called Many Tears.. in Wales. She was rescued from one of those dispicable puppy farms..where she was used as a breeding machine..for mans greed. She has found her forever home with us..and will never know any more cruelty.

Some of our foster children .. i have put together this little collage of a few of our kids. We've had over 40 children come through our doors over the last few years..ranging from a few months to two years. Each one with a heartbreak to tell..cant make the pic larger as its a privacy thing .

My Interests

Wide range of interests really ..particularly Dogs ..used to love the showing game ..got to crufts on a few occasions with my gorgeous little doglets, even judge them albeit in a small way ..remember the sense of power when you had a dozen or so dogs in front of you in the showring .. all the dogs i would have given them first place ..but some of the owners.. er were something else ha ha .So judge them instead ..

I'd like to meet:

.. I would have loved to have met Elvis Presley , remember as a small child of 10 being stationed in Berlin, Germany with my soldier dad mum and brother..my dad had arranged for us to go through to the "American sector" where Presley was based at the time. The very morning we were to go, we heard presley had moved out and back to the US .I remember being so upset ..i sobbed for a week . :-(( Another one ..was Freddie Mercury .. but alas like Elvis ..will have to wait for the chance of meeting up with them eh

... a photo straight of my dreams ..The "King" and "I" on a deserted beach ..as the sun is setting. Wont tell you what we got up to when the sun went down though lol. Thanks Pajamageek.. love it ..you so clever . Comments welcome :-)

Music:

I love lots of different kinds of music ..right across the board. My favourites include Elvis..the King indeed ..he could sing anything. Queen ..my altime favorite band.. they were unique in every sense of the word. The world lost a master showman singer and entertainer when the great Freddie Mercury died.

What else do I love .. where do I start.

I love Angels and Rainbows. I love walking in a warm summers rain and playing in the snow.I love watching films like Pretty Woman and Ghost and always cry my eyes out everytime . .even ET had me in floods .Ime a hopeless romantic and cry even if it has a happy ending . What am I like. :-) I love Walt Disney Films and the Lady and the Tramp and the Lion King are among my favourites .I love the "care bears" and especially this little character

Movies:

.. love good soppy love stories ..such as "Love story" Lots more such as Ghost..Pretty woman..dirty dancing .. but also loved Road House ha ha right at the other end of the spectrum. So as you can see the list is pretty varied ..love the old classics and most of the musicals.

Television:

..I don,t watch much television ..and when i do ..it has to be a good film .. enjoy nature pogrammes and the music channels.

Books:

.. not a reader as such ..but do like factual books.

Heroes:

My hero's .. my hubby Well i have to keep him sweet LOL
