I'm a Canadian Personal Trainer/Fitness Model and Actress/Presenter based in London. You can see me on the cover of Ultra Fit magazine's April 2008 issue. In 2007 I won the Miss FAME UK Fitness Model contest which is judged on feminine lean muscle tone, symmetry, posture, low body fat, charisma, stage presence and a vibrant healthy look.“...Audrey Kaipio has the kind of facial beauty and exquisite lines that go down well with FAME which is about beauty and glamour as well as fitness.”, Muscle and Fitness, Oct 2007. This year for the 2008 FAME European Championships I returned as the Cohost and the Head Judge. I also held the UK's first FAME Camp (workshop) for the competitiors and will be holding more in the future.

As a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Holistic Lifestyle Coach, I practice what I preach by eating a natural diet based on organic real food and living an active lifestyle. In 2005 I toured with the legendary rock band Queen as their Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist. In the media I have appeared as a fitness expert on TV shows such as the Jeremy Kyle Show (ITV) giving nutrition advice on an episode about obesity and on Sky digital giving fitness advice.

I have appeared on British TV and Stage as an actress and presenter. In addition to regular acting I love comic roles and have worked with Ant and Dec (Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, ITV), Paul Whitehouse (Down the Line, BBC Radio 4) and performed for 3 years in live comedy improvisation shows. My presenting experience includes being a live show compere/Mcee for music (Kashmir Klub), comedy (Impro Lab) and a TV show for Sky digital. Stage credits include, Venom directed by Ricky Beadle-Blair (Oval House Theatre). I have also appeared in many commercials in Europe.
