Chosen Generation (CG) was established in 1999 by Kenyatta C. Colvin,
Sr. The vision given to him by God was to unite a group of young people
together and spark a radical & sincere praise in both youth and aged
alike. In keeping with the vision he started out with the tools he had
and now the group that began with four singers and a keyboard track, has
blossomed into a twelve singer 4 musician family that has toured with
DeWayne Harvey & Unrestrained Praise and Jimmy Hill & AVOP, sharing the
stage with gospel music legend Bobby Jones, Vickie Winans, LaShaun
Pace-Rhodes, and other renown artists.In 2004 they recorded their first full album at Wildwood Church of
Tallahassee, FL. The album entitled "In His Name" is a message they
would like to send out to the world saying whatever you do, do it in
Jesus' name that men may see your good works and glorify your Father
