Give me a good mystery, a bit of nail-biting, and a satisfying love story and I'm content to while away the hours. Guess that's why I love writing romantic suspense. I love animals. In fact, three cats own me. They are named for E.B. White's characters in "Charlotte's Web." The biggest and fluffiest cat is appropriately named Wilbur. His brother, always the investigative mischievous soul, is aptly named Templeton. Our little girl, a tiny cat with a huge voice, is named Charlotte. We are also caretakers for a feral cat colony. I love to share amusing stories about my cats, so if you are a cat lover, I hope you'll consider becoming my friend! For leisure, we love to take our pop-up camper to local state parks. My hubby spends the day fishing while I spend quiet hours in the shade composing my latest novel. I love playing in the snow, eating ice cream cones, hiking in the woods, and curling up with a good book when it rains. I hate spiders. I love writing. Life is interesting, fun, and I intend to enjoy every moment that God allows me to remain in this dimension.

Music:

I love country music. While I listen to all kinds of music from time to time, all my radio stations are tuned to country as are all my CDs. I listen to country music while I write.

Movies:

Romance, of course. While You Were Sleeping ranks among one of my favorite "feel good", eat chocolate with a box of tissue movies.

Television:

Survivor, Deal or No Deal, Dancing with the Stars, American Idol, Country Music Television, Reba, and the occasional Lifetime movie

Books:

I love to read. Most anything that's written well and can make me care about the characters will bring me back to that author for future releases.

Heroes:

Many...those who can stand tall during adversity and rise above it, the brave soldiers who defend my country, and those who rescue and reach out a hand to help others.
