About Me

Hi i'm Stephen. I train in Tae Kwon Do as well as Judo (they are both Olympic martial arts). Check out some of my videos on my page and you'll understand why i love the sports. I see them as very practical martial arts to learn for street self defence and, perhaps even a career in MMA (TKD is striking and Judo is grappling and ground). For that matter i've also got a bit of Krav Maga and Hapkido experience in me. I'm undefeated in all my martial arts competitions and my cousin Harry fights in CAGE RAGE but i easily seem to take him to the ground and make him tap out. They've been trying to get me in to MMA competitions but i'm considering my options at the moment. I also train in athletics, i'm a 100m sprinter district champion :D I'm studying for a degree which i'm eventually going to go for a PhD so in 10 years time you'll have to call me "Doc" alright lol? I also love going to the gym, going on holiday, and... whatever else (what an way to end it i know). Wait I thought of some more Ok that's alot about me and my interests, peace out and please leave a comment! :D
