Didgeriblue

A Bluezy, Southern, World Fusion

About Me

Myspace Layouts - Myspace Editor

Didgeriblue is the concept of mixing American roots music with the ancient sounds of the Australian didgeridoo with a hint of the Carribean to create a refreshing new sound. The Blues, Rock, Bluegrass, Reggae, Latin, and indigenous sounds are all flavors that can be found at a Didgeriblue show. Some refer to the sound as a "Bluezy, Southern, World Fusion" while others cannot describe what they're hearing, or feeling for that matter. They just can't believe what they are seeing.
Fronted by multi instrumentalist and power vocalist Trey Sansom who simultaneously plays the guitar while circular breathing into his self created "triple didg." Between his desire to master the didgeridoo and having toured extensively with the southern, jam rock staple Left Foot Down and the experimental carribean rock band St. Somewhere, Trey's style has been influenced by a wide array of musical genres and styles. Switching between these different styles is his specialty.
Didgeriblue is about good vibes, a positive social message, and a respect for humanity. This attitude is portrayed through the music and atmosphere surrounding the music. There is a little something for everyone. Good things do actually happen everyday, even though you sometimes have to look really hard to find them. More and more people are discovering that Didgeriblue can be that good thing in their day.
