Boycott The Cheyenne Saloon

My name is Mike Garth, I live here in Vegas with my wife and two kids. I am starting this page to boycott the Cheyenne Saloon for commiting what I would call a total abuse and misuse of power. On the night of Oct. 27 my brother went to see a friends band play at the Cheyenne Saloon. Many of you know my brother, his name is Brian (B.G.). While trying to enter the front door the bouncer at the front door informed him that he would have to pay $10 to enter. Keep in mind that the place can't even charge a cover by LAW unless they have a promoters license (which they do not have). My brother told the guy he wasn't going to pay $10 to go in and started to leave. As he approached his vehicle the guys he knew from the band saw him and Brian went over to talk to them. He then proceeded to follow them through the back door (mind you there was another bouncer there too that didn't say anything). He walked around and drank his first beer. Upon going back to the bar to get another drink he was approached by another bouncer that asked him to come with him. Brian asked why. The bouncer then was met with another bouncer(the door man) who quickly stated "it's $10 to be in here" (remember they can't charge you). Brian asked if he could finish his beer and the bouncers freaked. One guy started trying to take the beer that my brother had just gotten from the bar tender and my brother asked him what he was doing. Upon getting the beer out of his hand the two bouncers grabbed him from behind and started to push him toward the door. Brian told the guy to get his hands off of him and the bouncer then went too far. The bouncer proceeded to put my brother into a chokehold that was not meant to subdue but to punish and hurt. My brother not only could not breath, but bit his own toung repeatedly and passed out in front of the bar while defecating on himself (not uncommon to someone in great body trauma). It is against the law to place a person in a chokehold, In this state they call that Battery. After being released from the hospital where Brian spent most of his night. He went to the police department where the desk sergeant told him that they didn’t fill out a police report because Brian resisted. Resisted WHAT?? Battery? Also that the bouncers said that Brian went into convulsions and passed out on his own. Well I don't see how all the marks and purple face got there then. If you don't believe me take a look at the pictures I have uploaded of Brian. In the emergency Room. Don't let this happen to anyone else. Please join in and Boycott the Cheyenne Saloon.
