About Me

Footage of ALL DEAD's debut show at the Divebar... .. ...... May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view. May your mountains rise into and above the clouds. May your rivers flow without end, meandering through pastoral valleys tinkling with bells, past temples and castles and poets' towers into a dark primeval forest where tigers belch and monkeys howl, through miasmal and mysterious swamps and down into a desert of red rock, blue mesas, domes and pinnacles and grottos of endless stone, and down again into a deep vast ancient unknown chasm where bars of sunlight blaze on profiled cliffs, where deer walk across the white sand beaches, where storms come and go as lightning clangs upon the high crags, where something strange and more beautiful and more full of wonder than your deepest dreams waits for you—beyond the next turning of the canyon walls. - Edward Abbey
"You can't fight city hall." "Death and taxes." "Don't talk about politics or religion." This is all the equivalent of enemy propaganda, rolling across the picket line. "Lay down, GI! Lay down, GI!". We saw it all through the 20th Century. And now on the 21st Century, it's time to stand up and realize, that we should NOT allow ourselves to be crammed into this rat maze. We should not SUBMIT to dehumanization. I don't know about you, but I'm concerned with what's happening in this world. I'm concerned with the structure. I'm concerned with the systems of control. Those that control my life, and those that seek to control it EVEN MORE! I want FREEDOM! That's what I want, and that's what YOU should want! It's up to each and every one of us to turn loose of just some of the greed, the hatred, the envy, and yes, the insecurities, because that is the central mode of control, make us feel pathetic, small, so we'll willingly give up our sovereignty, our liberty, our destiny. We have GOT to realize we're being conditioned on a mass scale. Start challenging this corporate slave state! The 21st Century's gonna be a new century! Not the century of slavery, not the century of lies and issues of no significance, of classism and statism, and all the rest of the modes of control... it's gonna be the age of humankind, standing up for something PURE and something RIGHT! What a bunch of garbage, liberal, Democratic, conservative, Republican, it's all there to control you, two sides of the same coin! Two management teams, bidding for control of the CEO job of Slavery Incorporated! The TRUTH is out there in front of you, but they lay out this buffet of LIES! I'm SICK of it, and I'M NOT GONNA TAKE A BITE OUT OF IT! DO YA GOT ME? Resistance is NOT futile, we're gonna win this thing, humankind is too good, WE'RE NOT A BUNCH OF UNDERACHIEVERS, WE'RE GONNA STAND UP, AND WE'RE GONNA BE HUMAN BEINGS! WE'RE GONNA GET FIRED UP ABOUT THE REAL THINGS, THE THINGS THAT MATTER - CREATIVITY, AND THE *DYNAMIC* *HUMAN* *SPIRIT* THAT REFUSES TO *SUBMIT*! WELL THAT'S IT, that's all I've got to say. It's in your court now. - Alex Jones

I like occasionally getting intoxicated and always socializing with interesting people. I like to travel when I am able. I like reading Charles Bukowski while on the shitter. I like talking about deep stuff that makes your skin get all tingly and your mind open up. I also like quoting good movies and talking about trivial bullshit. Philosophy is big. I am interested in psychology and peoples strange relationships with each other. I am interested in always learning from my mistakes and learning in general. I wouldn't mind being a rock star. I would like to write more. I like going to dive bars and seeing rock n roll shows. I also like blockbuster nights at home with some cocktails and great food. I like making out and cuddling. I play guitar and sing. I like to draw, paint and I write bad poetry. I like road trips. I want a perfect body and a perfect soul. I love music, fine and lowbrow art, martial arts, eastern philosophy, ancient history and nerdy Star Wars / Dungeons and Dragons type shit is hot!

I'd like to meet:

People who are fuckin funny. People who have answers. People who have substance. People who think beyond the end of their own nose. People who are useful. People who wish to be enlightened. People who have not been blinded by materialism. People who are not blinded by the lies. People who are true. People who know that they are important. People who have a plan. People who are not afraid to change their plan. People who are beautiful inside and out. People who are not afraid to be alone. People who like the company of others. People who want to be better than they are. People who want to grow. People who understand that it is OK to be wrong. People who have the strength to be right. Anyone who is real. I do believe that I have met my Fenchurch... Love does not consist of gazing at each other, but in looking together in the same direction. - Antoine de Saint-Exupery ...........................

Television:

Is generally the spawn of Satan... not in a good way, I mean:P Television is the opiate for the masses: it skews peoples perception of reality, instills shallow sensibliilties, brainwashes people into mindless consumer lemmings, and promotes the worship of money and violence. I absoulutely love "Nip-tuck" and "The Bachelor"... But seriously, I basically watch the Discovery Chanel, PBS, comedy, cartoons (I do like my mindless entertainment truely mindless on occasion)

Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance by Robert Persig. Yes I read The Secret... and Celestine prophesy. Haha. I read a bit about quantum mechanics and astro-physics. A Brief History of Time by Stephen Hawking - I have a topical, theoretical idea of what these braniacs are on about, but I am wanting a deeper understanding. That shit is all about how the Universe operates - how much more interesting could it get?

Heroes:

Dreamers
The common working class man
The single mothers
Those who wish to leave the world better than they found it
