I like to design and make whimsical jewelry, and i like to keep up with my son as he is in his freshman year of high school. He is in chorus and is a baritone! How impressive! This year the school chorus and chamber choir have been invited to perform at the Disney Hall in Downtown Los Angeles. So, Im not "crazy" about living in Southern California, but I'm so proud that my son will be performing at the Disney Hall this year. My son is an awesome human being and just a wonderful young man. I know one day he will be grown up and hopefully find a beautiful young woman to be his wife and find his own "wings" and have his own life and home, but I am so thankful to God to have him in my life now as I have had some uncomfortable "ups and downs in my life. He has been my "constant" and I do thank God for that. Don't you think? =)

Grey's Anatomy is one of my favorites as well as The Medium, My son loves to watch Heroes, it's a big thing with him and he and my nephew stop everything and we need to be home before it starts and the popcorn popped and everything in the house quiet for them. I keep up on that for them. I watch that because I like to keep abreast on the things that they like also. We have "Heroes" night as well as "Greys Anatomy" night and we also have "Deal or no Deal" Night at our house as well as my Mom and Dad's house if we are there since they live only 2 miles away since we go and visit often to plan meals and join in cooking as we did for thanksgiving. So meal days turn into television nights. Fun, huh? :)
Oooooh, I am just an avid reader and happen to read all kinds of books. I will say that I appreciate mostly non-fiction books. And I love inspirational, such as quotes from the Dalai Llama. I like reading up about the Course in Miracles. A very interesting philosophy. (That is what I choose to call it) I read just about anything and everything I can get my hands on, honestly, but I don't like to read anything dark or horrible/ horror-like, I feel that a waste of my brain and moods on terror-like "junk". I dont want to feed my brain scary, horror-like trauma. This world is filled with too much "stuff" as it is, and there are people and corporations that make their billions on exploiting people into more of this horrible "crap", only if we allow it, through the news and newspapers and periodicals, books, etc. I try to limit myself as much as possible.
My son, he is a beautiful and wonderful human being, Mi Abuelito y Abuelita. :)
