This success is evident in the caliber of talents he has worked with, some repeatedly. His presence in the production world is noticeable with the number of artists lining up to work with him. Often referring himself to a combination of Pharell Williams, Dr Dre, Techno P with a dollop of Quincy Jones, Themba’s versatility in the music genre is universally outstanding as he truly knows Music. He has, after-all been raised in a musical womb. His mother, Yvonne Chaka Chaka being one of the greatest talents South Africa has ever produced has had an influence on his life but Themba most certainly carriers his talent on his own.Themba is not only a talented musician but he is also a very business minded young man. Having come from the same school as some of South Africa’s most successful artists such as Loyiso and Zwai Bala, Kabelo and Magesh and also being the son of a really succesful musician and business women “The Princess/Queen of Africa”, Themba has learnt from and been mentored well. He has recently just opened a new entertainment and record label named Raw-Yel entertainment.Raw-Yel aims to be Africas and one day one of the worlds biggest labels and entertaiment companies. Themba has put together a formidable musical team which can hold its own anywhere around the world. This is showing by the international interest being shown to him and his label. With himself and veteran producer Techno P being the backbone of the production team, Raw-Yel is set to be a force to reckon with!
