About Me

I grew up in Vermont and figured it was either "be a musician or be a farmer." So I decided to merge the two professions and become a "farmer of music." I did some harvesting at The Eastman School of Music, and I now live in NYC and play all sorts of music with all sorts of people.

You can hear me around town with the ever-eclectic pop/reggae/prog group Big Swifty, Brooklyn-based folk/rock ensemble La Strada, singer/songwriters Angela Ortiz, Arthur Lewis, and Jason Liebman, french horn and mellophone master Mark Taylor, and many other great musicians/groups. I'm also proud to be part of a new project, FACE Improv, which combines surreal and hilarious improvised comedy/theater with surreal and hilarious improvised music.
