Spare Change Society

Spare change society has been around for quite some time now on the Melbourne hip hop scene in one form or another. Now with just the one full time member, rapper/producer/poet 2cent. S.C.S is a different take on the Australian hip hop with a style all his own. I consider myself a poet and what I write as art the same as a painter creates a piece of art on a canvas, I create a lyrical piece of art on paper. I first started writing rhymes when I was 10 or 11 but realy started to get into hip hop when I lived in Sweden in 1991-95. I moved to Melbourne in late 95 and have been here since creating my own style of music.
