Jay-Z is my influence and his rise from rapper to CEO and the role he played in makin The Roc a success. Not to mention the many positions he play in this industry. (Jay-Z Blue - has his own color). Also many generations of my family that own successful businesses starting with my great grandmother, to my grandmother, and my mother. Successful women who own businesses 50 years old and growing. Every week we have laced with you new MC's who battled their way to the top. At the end, it could only be one winner! That champ hailing from the South Side of Chicago out the Mannor is Pooh Bear. Pooh Bear checked in to The Battleground in week 2 and left the judges speechless. Last night at the finale he wasn't stopping until he took the throne, and thats exactly what he did.
