About Me

ok, here we go...
I moved to the US 4 years ago. I'm a German citizen and a permanent resident in the US. Suffer of a somewhat restless nature and a diagnosed "the grass is always greener-somewhere else-syndrom". It's hard to put a few sentences together about yourself, accompanied with a few cropped pictures, to give your audience a quick idea of who you are, creating some kind of illusion. Well, I know myself well, and I'm comfortable with myself. I'm an optimistic and life-loving individual, a steadfast seeker for what adds more pleasure to my life., always up for new adventures. There's no place I wouldn't go to and almost no experience I'd refuse to make. It's one of my not so recent disorders, that I could find myself wondering one day "what if". Science and physics have always been a big part of my life. I gave up on the idea to create some kind of stability in a universe that doesn't simply know how to create such thing. Everything changes constantly, nothing remains the same. And so do I. People generally discribe me as a lighthouse in the middle of a bog...........brilliant, but useless. lol I like to listen to what people have to say, I refuse to judge and stereotype, and I'm drawn to people with an open and compassionate heart. I love the ocean, and everything that I can enjoy doing in its cold waves. And since I'm a sucker for Albert Einstein....... People are like the ocean; some days smooth and friendly, and on others stormy and full of malice. The important thing to remember is they too are mostly made of water. And yes, I'm a computer geek.........

...growing up I felt ashamed to be German. Throughout high school we had to visit concentration camps and such, and learned about all the wrong doings of the Nazi regime. Years later I realized, that I didn't choose to be German, nor white, nor that I had anything to do with it others than being born and raised in Germany. I didn't find out before turning 28, that my grandfather was Slavic and that he died in one of the camps. The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits. --Albert Einstein

Books:

Preface quote from Carlos Castaneda's "The Teachings of Don Juan":Any path is only a path and there is no affront, to oneself or to others, in dropping it if that is what your heart tells you. Look at every path closely and deliberately. Try it as many times as you think necessary. Then ask yourself, and yourself alone, one questionDoes this path have a heart? If it does, the path is good; if it doesnt it is of no use. mY PaReNts~~~~ To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person you are. ~~~~~~~The mind is everything; what you think, you become.~~~~~~~~~You must be the change that you wish to see in the world.~~~~~~~Change is not something that we should fear. Rather, it is something that we should welcome. For without change, nothing in this world would ever grow or blossom, and no one in this world would ever move forward to become the person they’re meant to be. ~~~~~~~~~~Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it. Begin it now. ~~~~~~~~~Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?" Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God; your playing small doesn't serve the world.~~~~~~~~~You are what your deep, driving desire is. As your desire is, so is your will. As your will is, so is your deed. As your deed is, so is your destiny.~~~~~~~ What's your passion? SOMETHING REALLY IMPORTANT.....C H E C K IT O U T www.themeatrix.comIf you were going to die soon and had only one phone call you could make, who would you call and what would you say?
