Justin Michaud raised in Maine, moved to Philly. Started writing and recording my own music. I figured out that bass players have a special cosmic connection with Black-Holes. Guitar players have a special cosmic connection with the harmonic vibration of planets. Drummers, well we all know they are the heart beat of every living being. Singers hold the souls of the cosmos. Now this does not apply to every musician, you have to want it, feel it, be it........ My approach to what I do is almost score like. I get visions in my head and I can’t piece them together unless I start putting an audio source to it. There are only a few songs that I have written that involve programmed drums. 95% of what I do is done LIVE!!!Quantizing is for the weak. Stop letting your programs run your life. Connect with yourself and let the sound leak out of your head and drip on to your fingers. No greater escape then your own creation of sound.
. So many great artists go unheard and never seen and the ones that are , are not seen enough. This needs to change. Satellite radio is starting to change this but we need more. Help me help you win the music battle. We need more ninjas
