About Me

Two events for mid-May. Hope to see you out and you get to top up your Karma - each is for a good cause.

VOICES LIVE SHOWS ON DEEPFREQUENCY.COM

Deep Frequency is brough to you, and us, by DJ/producer Guillaume Chottin - an integral part of the 'Lucky Cloud' Journey Through The Light Loft soundsystem who host the parties with David Mancuso (LoftNYC). The new station will broadcast shows from a stellar array of the best underground DJs from Brooklyn via Paris and London & Sweden.

Voices DJs Alex, Cedric Woo and John Ramar will be hosting regular weekly online music shows on the station that will encompass the best in new and exclusive leftfield dance music and Voices classics plus features, interviews and assorted nonsense.

Soundsystem update: We are finally putting the finishing, wheels on cabinets to the Voices Soundsystem. We promise the best in hi-fidelity sound that you will feel inside your body and soul. Made up from the legendary soundsystem speaker maker Roger 'Quested' using an ATC Crossover our cabinets will hold double 15's, records played on modified Turntables and more... You know how we do it.

Stay tuned - we want you to come and party with us at the christening in the next few months.

Check out DJ Alex (Voices) @ Tomorrows World @ Plastic People Saturday 19th April 2008 with live band Jahtari. 10-4am Adm £8

DJs Alex, Cedric Woo and John Ramar, with percussionist Stuart Porter, make up the Voices Collective.

We've been promoting our love of disco, deep house, balearic, rock, dub, jazz and leftfield electronica across London for over 5 years - although as the song goes, we've only just begun! Having held a number of residencies in central & East London we are happy to be returning to our former home Plastic People to host a series of special Sunday events. As well as this, we are now moving into a new home any time soon, complete with a bijou sound-system.

Friends who will be joining us in 2007: Darshan Jesrani (Metro Area), Gerry Rooney (Black Cock). Joel Martin (Quiet Village), Mark Seven (Black Lodge), Phil Mison (Reverso 68), Victor Rosado (Paradise Garage) and more TBC...
