On September 1st, 1999 Toxic Family opened its e-doors as a Website. Grille, the initiator, had the idea to create an electronical platform to share visions, emotions, knowledge and experiences regarding the electronical music. Even though Toxic Family looks like a booking agency nowadays, it is definitely not the case. Primarily, Toxic Family is very much focused in sharing experiences as well as developing the music scene. With a huge Database of more than 25.000 party photos, Toxic Family is showing the clubber the potential of electronical music. Most important for Toxic Family is the very personalized reporting, which always discussed both sides of a story.
Toxic Family is also very much focussed on the Asian Region, where they have created the Events: "Germany-Singapore Connection” which pushed German DJ’S like: Frank Lorber, Pauli Steinbach, Djane Deeva, Josip, RiCO!, das gute [p]:, S.L.A.M. aka Grille, MrM and Chris Leetz into this region. Friendships with local heroes, like Stingray, Collin Chen, Adrian and TranceRepublic pushed the whole thing into the right direction and hopefully shared impression, feelings, love and music in the right way for both sides of the world.
Toxic Family is local, but thinks and acts international. Since 1st of March 2004 this Website is working also in English...News which are relevant for our International Guests are being translated and posted under the Englisch section. Besides having its basis in Frankfurt, where Toxic works with Cocoon on a informatic basis, the network has been grown tremendously: From Frankfurt to Berlin (Paul van Dyk / Vandit Nights) to Singapore (TranceRepublic, Stingray, Adrian as well as all other Singaporean Resident DJS)
Besides having activities on the Internet, Toxic Family DJs are always booked on a very regular basis. Besides spinning at U60311 as Residents or Tanzhaus West, Liquid Room (Singapore), Toxic is always very much interessted in having fun with the music, which is always the main figure in our Live. As long as people like Toxic Family’s Music, Toxic Family will exist.
