DJ Jerome are undoubtly one of the original drum'n'bass pioneer in the Indonesian Jungle music scene, start his career by spinning in the "Chill Room" of the famous PARKIT club back in 1996. A long set specialist with a creative selection of all DnB spectrum that can blend into an inspiring journies. As an evort to fortify the jungle scene in Jakarta he form Javabass Soundsystem in 1999 with fellow djs and MCs. The label provides a space where all the drum n bass heads can gather round and enjoy the music they love. For more than 4 years now Javabass has made a mark in the Indonesian underground dance scene where before there are only Trance and House parties, and this evidently found at the various drum n bass parties happened throughout each year, from the earlier Junglably Loud and Artcore Nation to the more up-to-date sessions like Therapy and the famous PHUNKTION Jerome highlights in his career are spinning at Rhythm Unity, Jakarta Movement 04, Gatecrasher 03, Cream 05, Parkinsound, recently Two Tribes and travel around Indonesia & South East Asia. He also produce some cool tunes and a release on Jak Mov CD with Eyes. The latest achievement he won Best Drum & Bass Dj of the year by REDMA Awards 2005.
