Started his career since 1997 and undoubtly the original breakbeat pioneer in town. The year was 1998 when he gets his first residency at Harry’s Bar and running a mobile DJ with friends, Dharma keep pushing himself and formed United Electro with DJ Marco in the late 90’s and successfully bring his first underground warehouse rave named ELECTRONIC VILLAGE.
From there his career in DJ-ing was rise up and start to build up his armada with more people to joined him under the name of Echosystem and again brings the wind of change in the dance scene movement that held at the legendary and most happening parties Diva Club.
Inspired by many local and int’l dj, finally Dharma change his style of music from breakbeat banger into good quality house music as the place to be.
Having played at almost every big international event in Jakarta such as Gatecrasher Jakarta Tour 2002 with almost 10000 people were on the spot, Godskitchen 2003, Jakarta Movement 2003 and 2004 and CREAM 2005.
Dharma also involved as a guest dj in underground rave scene in Higher Level, Rhythm Unity, The Tunnel (2002), Destination One (2003), Aquasonic, Bash Rush Anniversary, Lost Chapter at Bidadari island, Sound Therapy etc.
His experience in dance music movement and a residency at Embassy Club Bandung also brought him to play alongside with many inspiring international dj's like Harry Who ( Solid Grooves Records ), Dj Buck ( Leaf Recordings ), Tony Hewitt ( Tango Recordings ), Mauro Picotto, Darren Pearce, Rebekah, Diamond, Tatiana, Joahkim Garraud, Tim Lyall ( Slinky ) and Mark Knight ( Toolroom Records ).
Now, Dharma took a residency at Willow, stop looks back and more focusing on sharing his musical experience to the people with his more grown up music.
