We are a collective of fire dancers and performers based in Tennessee. We strive to share our unique skills with the community while providing a safe environment to witness the primal power and uncontrollable nature of fire. We provide education and private lessons for those striving to learn more about a specific skill regardless of their desire to use fire.
ardenter
Introduced to the art of poi by a native New Zealander (where the art form originates), ardenter has been practicing fire poi for over 7 years. While adept at both fire and poi, he holds firm that neither may be mastered. He continues his persuits of both and is constantly striving to further expand his knowledge, welcoming all, as we may all learn from one another. He may be seen performing with poi, snakes, and torches. His favorite fire toys are snakes.
archer
A practitioner of poi for over 4 years, archer was first introduced to poi when he met ardenter & chimera many years ago. He is fresh from Nashville and aims to help spread the arts in the area. He may be seen performing with poi. His favorite fire toys are monkey fist poi.
chimera [pronounced "ky-meer-uh"]
Having an unusual knack for analyzing the fire arts in their various forms, chimera always proves herself invaluable to everyone by expediting new adventures in flame. She dabbles in many of the fire arts. Usually in charge of the fuels and safety equipment, she may be difficult to spot unless a need arises for her extinguishing or first aid services. Her favorite fire toys are pixie staves.
feronia
Apprentice of the fire arts, feronia has begun her journey to learn the ways of the fire element. Her dualistic nature provides an uncommon insight into her studies. Expect to see a rare blend of her aquatic nature and claimed fire.
