About Me

I'm the host of "The Catholic Guy" on Sirius Satellite Radio. At my age, having a myspace account seems questionable at best. Creepy at worst. But since the profile exists, I hope to have more friends online than I do in real life. Which shouldn't be too tough to accomplish...

My Interests

Traveling (except now I've got a job which makes me work every day).

I'd like to meet:

Bob Barker

Music:

Thanks to Demos, at Alt Nation 21, he gave me a music makeover. Here are his new suggestions for my ipod:Bloc Party “I Still Remember” Jesse Malin “Broken Radio” My Chemical Romance “The Black Parade” Foo Fighters “In Your Honor” Idlewilde Smashing Pumpkins “Tarantula” Bright Eyes “Four Winds” Peter, Bjorn, and John “Young Folks” Deathcab for Cutie “Soul Meets Body” Beck's "Devils Haircut" People In Planes “If you talk too much my head will explode”

Movies:

The Alcove with Mark Molaro: Lino Rulli interview "The Catholic Guy"

Mark Molaro interviews Lino Rulli, the host of the national Sirius Satellite Radio program "The Catholic Guy" and former host of the Emmy Award-winning Minneapolis TV program Generation Cross. In this New York City interview Lino discusses how he uses humor in his creative work and talks about the strengths and challenges of his own Catholic faith.

Television:

The greatest tv show, of course, was Generation Cross. I happened to host it, however, so I may be biased.Other than that? Letterman, Conan, and Jon Stewart seem to do a pretty good job. Oh, and The Sopranos, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and Entourage don't make me sad.

Heroes:

David Letterman, John Paul II, Howard Stern (though perhaps not in that order)
