Brewed and Bottled live in action: the pictures
The basis of Brewed and Bottled started about 10 years ago (1996). ..par Berre and Arne, classmates and large assholes, chose each their instruments (Berre: drums - Arne: guitar) to jam in Arne's attic. Together with a bass player (one or other Stijn) they named the band Stoned Jesus. After two years of fooling around, without shows, it came to an end...par
Later Tom C. (guitar), Lander C. (bass) and Tom M. (vocals) joined the band. After a few rehearsals we had our own songs and we played a number of shows under the name Punktual. This lasted however a few years. Only Arne, Berre and Tom C. remained in the band. By lack of time we rehearsed one time each month. That's why it seemed interesting for us to play punkcovers instead of making our own songs. This lasted about 4 years, up to the summer of 2005.
The beginning of Brewed and Bottled:
We had already made a few punkcovers according to the idea of our great examples "Me first and the gimme gimmes". We felt that it was time to face a public (we like our audience the most when they're drunk ;-)). The first live show took place at a crazy bbq, it tasted for more.
We did a pair of crooked shows with only one drummer (Berre) and two guitarplayers (Tom c. and Arne-vocals) . But, Arne wanted to concentrate more on his sensational voice (and comments). That's why Waldo (guitar) and Freaky J-Joeri (bass player) came to the rescue. A few months later, Sam C. joined us!
We are now rehearsing in this formation:
Vocals: Arne Van Belle
Guitar & backing vocals: Waldo Cosman
Guitar: Tom Capelle
Bass: Freaky J (Joeri) Herregat
Drums: Berre (Bertrand) Pranchair
Trumpet - Keyboard: Sam Calcoen
