An ardent musician from an early age: playing several instruments varying from mandolin to drums; participating in marching band to rock band - Tolgar's history clearly depicts an amalgamation of musical sensibilities and his desire to share with others the music that he loves: breaks. Writing and performing freestyle as a hip-hop MC in New York was his introduction to electronic music. Afterwards, it extended into funky breaks and jump-up jungle while in Florida. Encountering artists like DJ Icey, Baby Anne, Huda Hudia, Rick West, DJ Trixie etc. and befriending many other DJs along the way, he was inspired to spin and began practicing on his friends' turntables. Wavewhore
Broke Recordings - BreaksFM - Electrofly Records - Audio Tactics - NYC
With his recent releases on high profile record labels such as Broke, BreaksFM and Electrofly, his Audio Tactics Recordings imprint and a Sullivan Room residency in New York City, Wavewhore is quickly building a reputation as one to watch in the global break beat community. His skills behind the decks have also led him to host ‘The Audio Tactics Sessions’ on the award-winning www.breaksfm.com where he can be heard every other Monday evening from 8-10pm EST and he recently appeared as a guest on Liquid Todd’s ‘Altered State’ radio show on WKTU 103.5 FM New York City.
Wavewhore’s cutting edge music has received high level support from many of the top names in the business including Aquasky, General Midi, DJ Icey, The Autobots, Annie Nightingale, Jay Cunning, Chris Carter, Soul of Man, Elite Force, Ctrl Z, Klaus Hill, Sonz of Mecha and many more. Wavewhore began his musical career playing heavy metal guitar and toured the New York City area in the early 90's. During that time, he was also experimenting with electronic music and in 1992, Well Primed Records released his first electronic dance music composition titled "Voodoo". In 2004, Wavewhore signed with Electrofly Records and "Breakin' The Law" was released on vinyl in May 2005. His "Funk Pill" single, which features vocals from Bex Riley, was released on Broke Recordings in 2005 and licensed to Finger Lickin’ Records for the “Export 01” compilation mixed by the Drumattic Twins. In October 2006, Broke released his most recent single titled “This Is How It Should Be Done” and in the same month his remix of Rektchordz’s “Bass Pressure” was also released on the BreaksFM imprint. Wavewhore’s name is derived from his addiction to manipulating audio waveforms and from all appearances he promises to be an inspiring force in electronic dance music.

Undecided
MOB Records - Sango Music - Sacramento
Undecided, otherwise known as Chris Shelton, was captivated by the scene in early 1998 and since then has been cultivating his own style of funky, hard-hitting breaks referred to as that nu-funk sound. In 2002, Undecided formed Urban-Breaks, a crew responsible for hosting multiple monthly and weekly breaks events in the Sacramento and surrounding area. With the success of these events, he decided to further explore his passion behind the turntables and relocate to Seattle in early 2004. In Seattle his rising popularity was aided by close relationships that were quickly built with well-known local break-beat artists. Relocation also allowed Urban-Breaks the ability to add even more talented DJs to the roster and produce more shows.
In June of 2005 he moved back to Sacramento where his crew has returned to hosting monthly breaks events. In September 2005 Undecided and production partner Kiro had a track signed by the popular UK record Label MOB. With the success of this track, Chris has been getting more oppertunities to advance musically while focusing more of his energy on solo production projects that give him the opportunity to create his own form of dirty funk bass lines.
With many years invested into the music his skills have allowed him to play with many talented Domestic and International DJs. A natural performer, his genuine energy behind the decks is unmistakable and his talents undeniable.
