Keyon Mitchell is a young man from Paris Texas. At the age of 24, he was a student majoring in Criminal Justice at Texas A&M. He was one month away from recieving his Bachelors degree, when Paris Police arrested him and charged him with conspiracy drug trafficking. The Lamar county DA had no evidence what-so- ever so in order to get a conviction, they gave nine individuals who had plead guilty to drug charges, less time in exchange for making the claim that Keyon was their drug king. Those testifying were Rafael Robinson, Corwin Jeffrey, Tommy Johnson Jr, Rodarius Morgan, Danny Moten, James Motter, Cornelius Sims, Kawana Sims, and Joseph Williams. All those testifying had a long history of prior drug convictions. Keyon had no prior arrests. All those testifying recieved sentences ranging from 15 to 25 years with the exception of the one white man, James Motter, who received 10 months. Support Keyon Mitchell. Help free Keyon Mitchell.
