As a little girl, I realized the power of music and 'til this day I am still learning of the gift of music by Allah's grace.I have been blessed to be able to put pain and love in the form of lyric and song to speak to hearts to explain my journey through life where others on the same path may relate. Influences like Minnie Ripperton, Anita Baker, Denise Williams, Luther Vandross, Mary J. Blige, Tamia and New Edition are a some who inspired me to be myself and sing with love and truth.My challenges have hindered my career, I thought, but they are still actually preparing me that I may be of assistance for others.
