I just like to meet people because I appreciate the diversity in everyone. I like to learn from others and I am intrigued by all the talent I see out here! I feel like I'm in good company! Movies:
I like action packed movies. Also, drama. The Itailian Job with MOS DEF is one of my favorites. I could appreciate Rosewood, and I was inspired by Dream Girls. I do not support the degrading of our actors in the filming industry...the clown and bafoon figures make me cringe.
Television:

Books:
You want this critically acclaimed masterpiece:...Of course! Making Mary by Dedra Muhammad. I love Toni Morrison's books, and I'm old school. I like the writings of Ralph Ellison and Richard Wright. Every house should have Message to the Black Man, The Fall of America, and the Supreme Wisdom. If you don't have the Holy Qur'an, then you don't have the book of Peace (Islam means peace).
Heroes:
