Neocosmic was founded by ex Lanoire members Andi on guitar and synths and Jürgen on drums. Vocals and bass were done by Kilian. A three man band that had a vision of a progressive metal project in the Bamberg Germany metal scene.
Eventually Kilian left the band to pursue a career as a light and stage technician. Casey applied for bass player shortly after and although he didn't really know what he was doing during his audition he fit the bill perfectly with his aggressive gut wrenching style. To find the right singer we auditioned several vocalists live on stage at a concert. There we chose Gareth simply because he is a madman on the stage that has a talent in bringing the audience together with his stage presence. So now, our line-up is complete - a four man band.
New Cosmic Order was recorded with Kilian on bass and vocals. With our new line up, naturally it is to be expected that our sound is somewhat different when we play live. We are currently working on a new cd which will have a new sound and a new attitude with our new line up. The songs on this profile are from our last cd. We hope to be in the studio this winter and early spring.

We take apart everything we see, everything we do and fit them together again within the puzzle pieces of our dreams, hold them tight in our hands and share them with all who are willing to take part in our journey to explore and to expand. But to expand into what? To explicate our natural potential to become more than simply what or who we wish to be but to live it! To exploit our own talents and push with intense fever ever farther into new realms of creative expression and self awareness!
We are born, we live, we die every day to be reborn into something stronger. With every death we suffer, we are reborn with new virtue to push further into the unknown without fear or regret to obtain what cosmos has in store for us.
