Carpe Diem! I try on a daily basis to seize the day but unfortunately, I'm usually pretty stressed out.
People have asked me to try Yoga for the stress. However, I'm not flexible and can't stand to sweat. So I took up drums instead. My doc asked me to try the Yoga for the stress, as well as a healthy diet. I told him that I'm totally committed to an unhealthy lifestyle and one thing about me - I don't break commitments! ;-)
I'm always hungry.
I love to eat.
I have a slow metabolism.
Skinny jeans don't fit.
Frankly, I'm quite complicated. Even though I may come across social, I really am not. I'm picky, eccentric and have a low tolerance for ignorant statements. Actually, I don't tolerate ignorance at all.
Life: I look at it this way...plain and simple. The absolute of -5 is 5. End of story.
Latest Outlook on Life: "Embrace the Dysfunction"!
Honestly, how much therapy can a person get? You come to a point in your life that issues become comical. What better way to deal with and accept the challenging moments in your life? I do believe laughter is the best medicine.
I may not be overly social but I'm always helping others. It is in my nature to do so and this is why I majored in Psychology. I still feel that was a good career choice.
I love people who make me laugh. I can't get enough of them.
And last but not least, I support local artists!
