Columbus Jobs With Justice

A Campaign for Workers' Rights & Economic Justice.

About Me

JwJ's mission is to improve working people's standard of living, fight for job security, and protect workers' right to organize. We believe in long-term multi-issue coalition building, grassroots base-building and organizing, and strategic militant action as the foundation for building a grassroots movement, and we believe that by engaging a broad community of allies, we can win bigger victories. At JwJ, solidarity is a two-way street: when communities come out for unions, they can expect unions to come out for them. Our coalitions work on a broad range of issues including workers' rights, health care, enviromental jsutice, immigrant rights, global justice, economic development, living wage, and more.Jobs with Justice opposes racism, sexism, ageism and homophobia and will actively support struggles against any form of discrimination.

My Interests

Jobs with Justice is action oriented. During each year, member organizations take the Jobs with Justice pledge “to be there” at least five times for someone else’s fight. That means joining picket lines, attending rallies, and participating in other actions or demonstrations in support of workers’ rights.

I'd like to meet:

Workers, students, community activists, people of faith, and anyone who cares about economic justice.Jobs with Justice opposes racism, sexism, ageism and homophobia and will actively support struggles against any form of discrimination!
