Marketing
The most important part is to market and expose an artists and their music to the entertainment industry.
Representation
Represent artist on their behalf, in such things as negotiation, business dealings and contracts.
Artist Development/Personal Management
Counsel clients in the career and aide them in their career decisions. Also aide them in networking such as finding a studio, producer etc.
Solicitation
Represent and present artist to labels, and the Entertainment industry. This includes radio play, TV, Film, gaming, labels etc.
Media/Public Relations
Book all media based aspects of their careers. Also maintain their image when needed.
Bookings
Get the artist performing and appearing at events and venues
Choreographing/Stage Training
Working with artist to make sure their live shows are the best they can be
