A FEW REVIEWS
July 14, 2005 The Wilton Bulletin - Connecticut - Janet Crystal - "Jeff
Harding returns to Wilton to perform this evening at the Summer Music & More
Concert Series... Jeff's songwriting definitely has his own distinctive
musical identity."
Friday, April 29, 2005 The Palm Beach Post - Charles Passy -
Three Local Acts Worth Catching: Jeff Harding - "This Palm Beach
County-based guitarist/singer/ songwriter favors an acoustic style
comparable to John Mayer and the Dave Matthews Band. See him Sunday on the Florida Crystals Stage."
Friday, April 22, 2005 The Palm Beach Post - Bill Meredith -
"Somebody certainly knows about this singing guitarist now because of his
new CD, Nobody Knows. Mixing his influences with the steadiness of bassist
Todd Harter and talents of producer/drummer Chuck Sabo, Harding created a
pop gem along the lines of XTC and Toad the Wet Sprocket."
February 3, 2005 Greenwich Post, The Darien Times, New Canaan Advertiser,
The Ridgefield Press, The Wilton Bulletin, The Redding Pilot, The Weston
Forum, The Lewisboro Ledger (Connecticut) - Susan Shultz - "His Viewpoint on
music and his influences are clearly evident when listening to his CD. All
12 songs are thoughtful, well-written, musically gifted works that can
easily hold their own with many of today's successful acts...although his
sound is definitely unique. The new CD may be called Nobody Knows, but
after listening to it, you'll likely believe that everyone will be getting
to know Jeff Harding in the future."
February, 2005 The Palm Beach Post - Bill Meredith -
"Singer/ songwriter Jeff Harding makes quite an impression with his recent
debut CD, Nobody Knows... Opening tracks like You're Just Like Me and She
Doesn't Live Here Anymore, with their pop hooks and upbeat acoustic drive,
have the most hit potential. Harding adds electric guitar on the occasional
piece like Keep It Simple, a lilting ballad that showcases his lyrics and
lead and harmony vocals... Harding's melodic sensibilities, and Sabo's work
hepls him avoid cliches and occasionally think outside the box. Say
Goodnight, with its finger-picked acoustic guitar pattern, whimsical lyrics,
and creative rhythm section playing, is a case in point."
October 13, 2004 The Jupiter Courier - Carol Saunders - "The Atlantic Theatre
in Jupiter showcased the talents of burgeoning, young singer/ songwriter,
Jeff Harding, and his new album, "Nobody Knows," Sept. 18 to a packed
house... Harding's music has a good solid, well balanced sound and with a
foot-tapping beat. His singing is smooth and appealing... his lyrics are
direct, simple, and heartfelt... The crowd loved Harding's performance and
responded warmly to every song. Harding is as good a guitarist as he is a
singer and proved it throughout the show."
August 11, 2004 The Jupiter Courier - Carol Saunders - "Harding's rock/pop,
acoustic-and-rhythm flavored songwriting is melodic and intelligent... he
has a smooth, easy delivery as he sits casually on a stool playing the
guitar and singing his songs, including "She Doesn't Live Here Anymore" and
"It Won't Be Me" from his album titled "Nobody Knows."
February 4, 2004 The Palm Beach Post - Liz Best - "If you're a Thursday night
regular at Rooney's Pub in Jupiter, then you already know about Jeff
Harding's knack for singing and playing the guitar, and music lovers
everywhere might be getting a taste of his talent soon."
