Pierrejean Gaucher

• My first love was drawing; I only took up the guitar at age 16. Then, In 1980, I concentrated exclusively on my group, Abus Dangereux (Abus) during 12 years (8 albums and 400 concerts)• In 1992, I formed the "New Trio". In 1994, the New Trio became a quintet and paid homage to Frank Zappa (Zappe Zappa). In 2000, I recorded and toured with my "Phileas Band". The duo with the french guitar player Christophe Godin (2G) started in 2002. In 2005, I created my new musical adventure : The Fontaine's fables (Fabulatorz)• I'm also widely involved in the area of teaching, giving classes at various French schools (such as the CMDL of Didier Lockwood or the M.A.I. in Nancy). I've released some books and videos on various subjects.
