White Rabbit Musik is noise made by my good self Alex O'Neill and my ountourage of an imagination!. I'm also known as Alexi Olova, Luminous limp, Aldorphin, but mostly Aldo. Pesky names!. Ive been promoting and dj-ing in Glasgow for around six or seven years now. This has been an excellent experience as Ive dealt with different types of artists including bands, live sets, half live sets, 2/3rd pro-linear fish net sets, Porkypine Vs red-setter Vs radioactive flamming gerbal wendy-house set, and of coarse Dj sets, not to mention visual artists. I'm busy at the moment pulling my hair out...( ;] ) and working on our new night 'AUDIOBOT' with my good friend Cj, or Colin Jamm to his global audience (www.myspace.com/kisstherobot or www.myspace.com/audiobomusic). The night has been going for almost five months now and so far we've had the pleasure of presenting Den Haan (creme de menthe), TJ Kong (MAX 404 - holland), Espion (transmat,soma,orson), Sean Kerwin, Karen (carbon), and Dirty Hospital (rottenrow). We will be bringing you artist from further afield in the New Year, so watch this space.
You will also catch the thump of White Rabbit Musik (and Friends) at Bar Bloc on the 1st and 3rd Sat of each month under 'Beautiful Soup', also at The Halt bar every couple of months or so with my other good friend John 'the Gem' Beggin. That night's called 'SPIN ON THIS' and theres always a live performance there too rock stylee :) Hope to see you's there.. . . . .
I like, old silver hi-fi's, watching poker, talking mince to Jenn, talking rice'n'peas to other people, eating with friends, wierd german beer, robots and technology, fancy things, other peoples opinions, motorbikes and bikes, dogs, computer games, the hippy lingo, getting into stupid conversations that last for ages, my speculationism (refers to last liking), oh and making up words ..
