I'm a DJ/"musician"/photographist from and based in Glasgow. Part of the infamous RadaR collective I have been involved in the free party scene since 1997. The recent free party scene in Glasgow originated around the legends of legends that was the (X) Bar. Home of pirhana and Davie. From this humble little hovel Live V Evil, the Unit, Relentless and RadaR to name only some were all spawned.
At the end of 1997 RadaR began a residency at the Glasgow School of Art, in the Vic Bar with Elements upstairs. We soon graduated upstairs and with the invaluable visual support of Pointless Creations and our designer in chief FiST produced some of the most cutting edge nights of audio/visual assaults Glasgow has had the pleasure to lay eyes on
Due to this I have had the pleasure of playing warm up to a host of internatiional artists but I'm not about to show off and tell you who they are. I have filled many a dance floor. I have cleared many a dance floor. 50/50 I reckon.
i am currently hosting BONEMIAN GROVE in the CCA on Scott Street. This is a 6 weekly journey up down around and back through all varieties of musicks and sounds. Each event will have a different co host accompanying me on the old johanahtable.
I've been making my own beats and tunes for a few years now. It's all for fun, I've not even adopted a name for my projects. I just mess about and see what comes out.
