At Wheatley Park School there is a beautiful old house. In this old house there was an art room full of sixth formers taught by eccentric but inspiring teachers who gave some amazingly talented artists the time and opportunities to have the belief that they could go far some day.6 years ago two spotty teenagers, whose passion lives in the arts, decided to set up an arts group and wanted to make art fun and accessible for everyone in this world.artisjustaword beliefs and aimsTo advance the education of the public on the subject of the Visual Arts.To promote art to the local community and ensure it is available to everyone.To help established artists and promote and give public exposure to new/emerging artists.artisjustaword has organised mass art projects by handing out disposable cameras and paper/pencils. We have organised over 50 art exhibitions and have shown over 2000 artworks by people of the community. Currently we are running a small exhibition space in Oxford above a boutique.
