in '99 or '00 moved to hamburg and found a new home
when i came to altona i realized what i've been missing all the years
upright people determined in the way doin' their things and
showing respect and givin' support to the works of others
sometimes life could be harsh up here but
in a case of need help is at hand
bought my first record in '86
from time to time i put it in the case when i'm out to play and it's still rocking
over the years other records found their way into my collection but
like many experiences of one kind the first stays special
i just know hiphop kept me from going out like a sad dog ever since
peace and love
