"Une avelanche de guitare, plein de beauté et de violence"mosaic was founded in autumn 2002 by michi, mendi and sutti to experience the power of music. After their first concert in 2004 and a 3 track demo tape they played some concerts around Basel such as the BScene05, or the Jugendkulturfestival ’05. Later that year concerts in the Kuppel and in the Hirscheneck followed. In January ’06 mosaic recorded their firts Long Player "murder itself dies alone". After some more concerts the band decided to expand the guitar section in order to enlarge their possibilities in song writing. As a result of this Dani Kurth joined the band in autumn 2006 to make their sound as intensive as possible.
