Hangin' out with the boyfriend, I LOVE going to concerts, I like going out for nice dinners, I love watching the Yankees play, and hanging out with friends.
Johnny Depp and Cedric Bixler-Zavala (From At the Drive-In & The Mars Volta)
I really like At the Drive-In, Modest Mouse, Refused, Sublime, SARA BAREILLES, Bright Eyes, Blind Melon, Braid, The Firebird Band, No Knife, Airplanes are Better, Planes Mistaken for Stars, Stereotyperider, The Locust, Kaito, Last Day Parade, Les Saavy Fav, The Blood Brothers, The Faint, Atreyu, Mates of State, Beastie Boys, Rahzel, 2-Pac, The Trail of Dead, The Yeah, Yeah, Yeah's, The Shins, The Liars, Hot Water Music, Small Brown Bike, The Mars Volta, Sparta, The Black Heart Procession, No Doubt, Pretty Girls Make Graves, The Pixies, From Autumn to Ashes, Outkast, N.E.R.D., The Flaming Lips, Built to Spill, Blink 182, Arcade Fire, Dios Malos, The Clash, The Chili Peppers, Nirvana, Bloc Party, The Bravery, Lot Six and yes, I do like some hippie shit such as The Dead, Bob Dylan and The Doors and I love 80's music like Poison, Guns n' Roses, Motley Crue, etc.
I can literally recite like every line to Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas... I'm not kidding. I'm obsessed. Good Fellas is a close second. I love Requiem for a Dream, Magnolia, Donnie Darko, Dumb & Dumber, There's Something About Mary, Clay Pigeons, Edward Scissorhands, & then of course the classic 80's flicks - Sixteen Candles, Weird Science, The Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, etc... And as far as horror flicks go, well, there aren't many that impress me. I'll always have a special place in my heart for like Nightmare on Elm Street (the first one), and I love the Halloween's, but DUDE!!! Have you ever seen Event Horizon?!?!?! That was some of the scariest shit I've ever seen. Or it was like creepy or something, but man. That shit was crazy. It's like one of those movies though that you can only watch once & be freaked out cuz after you've seen it once you know what's gonna happen & it's kinda like whatever. Whoa. I SO just went off about that movie. And I'm done.
I could watch E! True Hollywood Story all day long. I don't care who it's on... I may think I don't care and halfway through I'm sucked in and by the end I'm crying. What else? Stupid talk shows... I don't even mean to watch them, but again, the whole "getting sucked in" thing becomes an issue. Dr. Phil, Oprah, even The Tyra Show. Wow.
Some of my favorite books are Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck, Animal Farm and 1989 by George Orwell and Filth by Irvine Welsh.
People who can be themselves, people who dance while they are waiting for the bus or the only one dancing in a bar or something, people who aren't afraid to sing in public (knowing their voice is not so amazing), my sisters... obviously & Cedric Bixler-Zavala for being so fucking rad.
