Contract Security Professional

About Me

I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net , check out these Myspace Layouts!
In In this increasingly threatening society, a protection agent must go a step further, covering all aspects of protecting the client: Protection from others, protection from embarrassing situations, handling general emergencies in everyday life, and being prepared by anticipating potential problems-expecting the unexpected. The more preferred terms for bodyguard are "Personal Protection", "Close Protection" and "Executive Protection". Only a security professional educated and trained in executive protection deserves to be referred to as an "Executive" or "Close Protection Specialist" - and knows the difference. The service an executive protection specialist provides is beyond mere "bodyguard" protective service. The security person uneducated in executive protection principles perceives the profession as it is defined in the dictionary and thinks, "I'm going to protect my client from any harm! I'm a bodyguard!" By contrast, the educated professional in the business says, "I expect the unexpected, blend into the corporate and family structure and prepare to handle every problem before it happens. I am a close protection specialist." The combination of proper training, experience and approach to our position on a protective detail will make it harder for someone to attack our client. I am constantly training on a daily basis and will protect or die for my client. Born on the west side and raised on the east side of Detroit, with 15+ years professionally employed providing protection to a wide variety of clients. Former member of: "The Threat Management Center Anti-Terrorism Bodyguard Academy", *"V.I.P.E.R.S. Academy", "CERT (Community Emergency Response Team"), "Renaissance P.A.330 Police", "Holt Detective Agency" and an Associate Member of "Detroit Police Officers Association". I never stop learning or training. Have since moved to Windsor, and am now protecting clients on both sides of the boarder, yet Detroit will always be home. I provide security driver service, escort service and protection services for clients and their families while out in public at: Airports • Hotels • Restaurants • Court Appearances • Shopping Malls • Theaters • Clubs • Sporting Events • Amusements Parks • Weddings • Funerals • Private Parties • Private Homes • Business Meetings • Corporate Insolvency/or Restructuring Action, and Auctions. Many requests for protection are from attorneys for their clients, as a result of threats, abusive letters and annoying phone calls. Real estate agents who choose to keep their appointments safe, and clients, who want to feel free to have a few drinks, socialize and completely enjoy themselves while attending public functions or private affairs all without the inconvenience of having to drive themselves or be noticed unescorted and risk being attacked or taken advantage of. I am trained to "blend in effectively" with my client's surroundings when providing professional protection. My client can move freely in any environment, knowing I am watching him or her and will react if necessary. I scan everything and everyone quickly without being obvious and I will react if necessary. Executive protection involves specialized education in areas the general "bodyguard" would not consider. I am trained in TACTICAL PSYCHOLOGY (which emphasizes the importance of detouring threat by studying body language interpretation and projection), TACTICAL LAW (which emphasizes the importance of understanding civilian articulation of threat and how to legally use force to defend yourself your family and others against violent assailants both armed and unarmed) and TACTICAL SKILLS (which emphasizes only three objectives when a person is confronted with physical threat: 1. Escape, 2. Control and 3. Immobilize an aggressor quickly and correctly). Am also trained in: Anti-abduction • Terrorism • Surveillance • Counter Surveillance Techniques • High Risk Travel • Advance Security Routing • Etiquette • Conduct • Interactions • Access Control • Weapon Search • Chain of Custody • Crowd Control • Trauma First Aid • Bomb Search • Booby Trap/Explosive Device Identification and Response • Signals/Language Codes • Internal Core Values • Individual Tactical Skills • Escapes and Evasions • Controls and Extractions • Immobilization and Sensory Deprivation • Unarmed Disarm Tactics of Baton/Knife/Pistol/Shotgun and Rifle • Close Quarters Unarmed Combat Tactics • Environmental Weapons, and Defensive Driving Tactics. All of this helps to provide clients with a capable protection agent. "Loyalty Is Valor", "Discipline Is Strength", And "I Protect With My Life".
