Issued from the reggae scene,Soundguyz decided, one year ago, to compose his own titles. These ones are orienting to a reggae/dub, stepper style.
Soundguyz's musical references are english groups, like Vibronics, Iration Steppas, Twilight Circus, Mad Professor, Alpha and Omega, Jah Shakka, Scientist, Zion Train, Dub Dadda, Manasseh.... Soundguyz discovers and explores the Reggae/dub music through the different concerts and sound systems proposed in his region. He quickly decides to play music, beginning with drums. After five years playing drums, he is attracted by keyboards.
Soundguyz became imbued with english dub and its technic, so he was able, one day, to compose his own pieces and to share his "vibes" with the public.
Today, Soundguyz tackles dub composition and arrangement. After these years observing and attentively listening, Soundguyz is impregnated with reggae/dub universe, into witch he is brightening up night and day. His compositions have a quite quick, almost soldiery rythme, supported by abrupt and metallic sounds; bass guitar is massive and large. Soundguyz style has got a warrior speed. Wild, and proud to be, his sounds are claming with hardcore dub tenure. He has is own style, his signature, of pure modern roots, stepper. Soundguyz is ready to participate to different types of projects, as soon as these ones are registering into reggae/dub universe.
