About Me

Slim Golba considered to be Arizona's truely musical treasures. He has entertained the valley for over 30 years, playing in bands such as The Overtones, Space Rig, The Big Bang Jazz Band, Oso, Stained Glass Door, Sili Pudi, Tribes (with Joe and Matt Myers) and Gentry. Slim has been playing in "Just Intonation" for the past seven years; JI is music that uses pure natural harmonies instead of "equal-tempered" tones that nearly all other music is created in.
Slim's band, The Overtones, are a 6-piece raggae pop band with Slim's specialty designed "Just Intonation" guitars. For more info, go to http://www.Just-Intonation.com
This page will be dedicated in remembrance of Citrus Seva Golba. Citrus lost her long battle with Cystic Fibrosis at three years of age early Wednesday morning, Nov 15th, 2006. She was a beautiful brown eyed little girl that loved her music, played the drums, and danced to The Temptations. She loved her daddy's music and taking long walks in the park. May God be with you, Citrus.
Thank you for all the supporters on My Space. For more information on Cystic Fibrosis, go to: http://www.cff.org/legislative_action/cf_awareness. Show your support for Cystic Fibrosis by adding us as a friend! We hope you enjoy our music and look forward to bringing new sounds to you soon.Love to all, Slim & Citrus
