Thoughts practised become feelings. Feelings practised become beliefs. Beliefs practised become your experience.
The longer you focus your attention past 15 seconds, the more it becomes like a magnifying glass focusing sunlight on a leaf. Your attention -- your thoughts mixed with emotion-- is the most powerful tool you will ever have.
Focused fear-based thoughts/emotions will rapidly attract the essence of what you don't want.
Focused love, gratitude and appreciation will rapidly attract the essence of what you do want.
If the majority of your thoughts are ones that bring good feelings, you will attract like-energy people and experiences, and vice-versa.
Your life situation will tell you the level of vibration your thoughts have been up to that moment. Change your thinking, which will change how you feel, and you will change your life.
Will the world end in 2012? Not at all. It will, however, mark the dawn of a new era in human progress and development.

As the days, weeks and months roll by I know from the messages I receive that more and more people are becoming aware of the changes occurring at all levels, wishing to know why. Others are anxious about "2012" and what it will mean for themselves and their families.

These changes are manifesting in terms of awareness, consciousness and in the outer physical world where dramatic changes, the details for many of which have been withheld from people generally are taking place. Who could fail to notice these changes with the worlds glaciers melting at a dramatic rate, mass extinctions, and unusual behaviour in the animal kingdom who are highly tuned to change unlike humans who have a predominantly material focus.

It is important to understand however that what we are experiencing is not the end of the world in terms of life but the end of a great age, a great cycle of Energy.

Everything in creation moves in cycles, some of which are vast, and others which occur of much shorter, sometimes imperceptible frequencies, some of which are obvious, others which are not.

For thousands of years our ancient ancestors, free from the material focus of "modern civilisation" were tuned in to these cycles, and by observing the cosmos and many other natural factors were able to chart these peaks and troughs as well as the manifestations associated with them.

Many of these were deeply encoded as for example in the I-Ching, the Chinese "Book of Changes" which rather than being for mantic purposes was in fact measuring Energy and cycles at all levels, including forecasting the forthcoming events of 2012.

The Maya, in their now famous Long Count Calendar which also transitions to a new cycle on 21 December 2012, measured and predicted these great events.

According to my current research I believe it is very possible that the person known in Greek as Jesus came here 2000 years ago to prepare mankind for these events, by teaching the teachers who would teach other teachers and so on until finally, by now, everyone should have been prepared:

"Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was thrown into the sea and caught fish of every kind; when it was full, they drew it ashore, sat down, and put the good into baskets but threw out the bad. So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come out and separate the evil from the righteous and throw them into the furnace of fire, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

'Have you understood all this?' They answered, 'Yes.' And he said to them, 'Therefore every scribe who has been trained for the kingdom of heaven is like the master of a household who brings out of his treasure what is new and what is old.'" -- Matthew 13:47-52.

Here Jesus is saying that the end of an age is coming at which point there will be a "dragnet" which will harvest those who are ready, and only those who are ready will "be saved" and transition to the Kingdom of Heaven", while everyone else will be cast back in to the "furnace of fire".

Alas, as in the entire bible, the true meaning of these words were lost when men, who were not ready to understand, and also sought control for their own purposes, interpreted these ancient words in theological terms, thus setting mankind on a course that was never intended, and the true meaning was lost until now.

Much of the original meaning was lost, either by accident or design, when it was translated from the original ancient Greek, to Latin and later other languages as well as being creatively interpreted by orthodox religion in such a way as to create conditions for control over people through fear and guilt.

The "furnace" referred to is not some notional fiery existence "down below" as the guest of "the devil", but rather the furnace of initiation, Spiritual progression, where our Spirit is refined as we progress to the higher levels of vibration of the inner worlds of reality, worlds of glory and splendour far beyond the comprehension of carnate humans, a place that may be conceived as "heaven".

This is also the true meaning of alchemy, the transmutation of base human characteristics symbolised by the heaviness of lead, to the Gold of the refined, higher vibration Spirit.

The biblical account of turning "water in to wine" means the same.

So 21 December 2012 represents the turning point in just such a cycle where humans and indeed all life have the potential to take the next evolutionary leap, leaving the "furnace" of Earth well behind.

The word to emphasise however is "potential". When the time comes only those who have realised that potential will be "harvested" and move on to the next phase of evolution; this is why great teachers allowed two thousand or more years for this process to take place.

"Harvested" is of course a metaphor for Spiritual evolution based upon consciousness and therefore vibration.

What we are experiencing now is the end game where a culmination of numerous factors that can influence humans, all life and Earth herself is taking place, the results of which, will be determined by one factor only; consciousness at all levels.

There will be no "chosen" ones; each person has the opportunity to determine their own destiny, the only choice being whether to accept it or not, and if so to consciously pursue that destiny.

There has never been a better time to be human on Earth, but opportunities on this scale only coincide with these massive cycles of Energy, so everyone should be at least aware of this that they may shape their own immediate destiny, whether they will be caught in the "dragnet" or be weeping and "gnashing teeth" out of frustration of a missed opportunity this time around.

It has taken millions of years to reach this stage, and we are living on Earth at the time of the birth of a new type of human; Homo Spiritus".

Again though, individual and collective consciousness is crucial to the outcome for humans collectively, whether it be catastrophe or Ecstasy; the potential instruments of both are amassing now.

At the peak or troughs of previous cycles there has been cataclysm such as the great flood, the destructions of Atlantis and Lemuria and many others that we are not aware of.

There have also been ages of great, abundance, happiness and progress akin to "kingdoms of Heaven on Earth".

The Hindu tradition tracks these ages of darkness and light by means of their "Yugas".

The Satya Yuga is a Yuga of a golden age where people experience true Spiritual nature with the high vibration that brings, resulting in a Utopian existence of joy, health and connection with our Source.

Then comes the Treya Yuga and the Dvapara Yuga and finally the Kali Yuga, the trough of existence where humans focus almost entirely on the physical aspect of existence, where materialism and survival rules, and power is the driving force and the craving of many.

So what does all this mean in practical terms?

It means quite simply that we are nearing the end of an age, the turning point of a great cycle of Energy, and an opportunity to determine what happens next at both a collective and individual level.

Each and every person therefore should seize this opportunity for progression to the step on the path back to our Creator and therefore perfection.

Some people ask whether the Astral worlds are "heaven". The fact is they might seem like heaven to those living there, but they only have life on Earth, after which the Astral is fashioned by the Minds of humans, as a benchmark.

The lower to mid levels of the Astral are therefore a reflection of the current age of desire and materialism, and is therefore transient in conjunction with and part of these great Energy cycles.

When life on Earth changes so too will the Astral worlds, until one day the Astral worlds will simply dissipate back into its original substance, no longer required to support human desires.

I would like to conclude with these important points:

1. We do not know at this stage, and will probably never know until the time comes, whether 21 December 2012 will bring a sudden climatic event or whether it will simply mark a turning point.

2. We must be prepared for a climatic event otherwise complacency will cause most people not to be ready for what happens next. or whether

3. Such preparation is of the Mind not in physical terms. If everyone prepares themselves mentally and in terms of consciousness for a great event at all levels, then that is what the outcome will be; there is nothing to fear; the Universe flows only in the direction of evolution, expansion and well-being, and we must flow in the same direction in order to be aligned with The Source and prepared for what happens next.

The Real Thing
Love Should Feel Good
Often in our lives, we fall prey to the idea of a thing rather than actually experiencing the thing itself. We see this at play in our love lives and in the love lives of our friends, our family, and even fictional characters. The conceptualizing, depiction, and pursuit of true love are multimillion-dollar industries in the modern world. However, very little of what is offered actually leads us to an authentic experience of love. Moreover, as we grasp for what we think we want and fail to find it, we may suffer and bring suffering to others. When this is the case, when we suffer more than we feel healed, we can be fairly certain that what we have found is not love but something else.
When we feel anxious, excited, nervous, and thrilled, we are probably experiencing romance, not love. Romance can be a lot of fun as long as we do not try to make too much of it. If we try to make more of it than it is, the romance then becomes painful. Romance may lead to love, but it may also fade without blossoming into anything more than a flirtation. If we cling to it and try to make it more, we might find ourselves pining for a fantasy, or worse, stuck in a relationship that was never meant to last.
Real love is identifiable by the way it makes us feel. Love should feel good. There is a peaceful quality to an authentic experience of love that penetrates to our core, touching a part of ourselves that has always been there. True love activates this inner being, filling us with warmth and light. An authentic experience of love does not ask us to look a certain way, drive a certain car, or have a certain job. It takes us as we are, no changes required. When people truly love us, their love for us awakens our love for ourselves. They remind us that what we seek outside of ourselves is a mirror image of the lover within. In this way, true love never makes us feel needy or lacking or anxious. Instead, true love empowers us with its implicit message that we are, always have been, and always will be, made of love. source

The "Way Showers", the awakened souls here bringing in and holding the Light to show the way to the next world. This is the "apocalypse" that was written about lifetimes ago, we are already in it... Whether you will live to see this planet transition to a higher frequency (it's happening now) will depend on you, if you can withstand the faster energy. Your own frequency (the energetic balance of your thoughts and emotions) will need to match this energy. LIGHTWORKERS - WE ALL HOLD LIGHT ~

Many LIGHTWORKERS (a term that originated in the 80's) have been holding the LIGHT to assist with the major changes that are occurring as WE head towards 2012.

It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing.

It doesn’t interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love for your dream for the adventure of being alive.

It doesn’t interest me what planets are squaring your moon...

I want to know if you have touched the center of your own sorrow if you have been opened by life’s betrayals or have become shriveled and closed from fear of further pain. I want to know if you can sit with pain mine or your own without moving to hide it or fade it or fix it.

I want to know if you can be with joy mine or your own if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful be realistic remember the limitations of being human.

It doesn’t interest me if the story you are telling me is true. I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself. If you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul. If you can be faithless and therefore trustworthy.

I want to know if you can see Beauty even when it is not pretty every day. And if you can source your own life from its presence.

I want to know if you can live with failure yours and mine and still stand at the edge of the lake and shout to the silver of the full moon, “Yes.”

It doesn’t interest me to know where you live or how much money you have. I want to know if you can get up after the night of grief and despair weary and bruised to the bone and do what needs to be done to feed the children.

It doesn’t interest me who you know or how you came to be here. I want to know if you will stand in the center of the fire with me and not shrink back.

It doesn’t interest me where or what or with whom you have studied. I want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls away.

I want to know if you can be alone with yourself and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments.

The ones who work the hardest usually have the least. That doesn't seem fair does it? But that's how the universe works.

Unfortunately, those who work the hardest usually have the least because they haven't learned the leverage of aligning their energy. They are going about creating their lives the hard way. They are trying to use their actions to create what they want.

We have also been programmed that in order to have what we desire we must work hard. How many times have you heard -- "No pain, no gain." The implication of that if you want to make something of yourself, you must work hard. The message is clear -- if you are not hurting or struggling, you are not moving forward.

But here is the truth -- anytime you are struggling you are miscreating. Anytime you feel pain or struggle, your magnetic point of attraction is directed to that which you do not want, rather than to that which you desire. Read it again!

Action is the Last Step in the Creation Process

Actions are necessary, but they are not the last component of the creation processes. Actions cannot be used effectively to initiate results, because initiation is the function of BEING, then thought, then action.

Remember, the creation of anything is through your vibration. Everything vibrates, and it is by that vibration that we harmonize and attract experiences to ourselves. So before you act or do anything, first ask yourself, how am I vibrating? How do you tell? You tell by how you FEEL. Your feelings show you your vibration How you feel determines what you attract.

When you use the process of creating by only focusing on what you want instead of what you don't want, you will see that the universe will provide a different set of circumstances for you that requires much less action. This puts you in a state of "doing without doing" or action without effort.

BEGINNING EXPERIENCES IN THE HIGHER REALMS

Here are the first 10:

• You reach a certain level through your ascension process where you no longer desire or resonate with any kind of healing. And like a reformed smoker, you can get frustrated when the New Age arena continues to focus much of their energy on healing. As we begin to vibrate higher, we no longer need healing. Healing serves to basically introduce us to a lower vibrating energy that is no longer any kind of a match to us. It can take us “back” where we no longer are. And it can really bring in a lower vibrating energy that we need not ever focus on again. Where we place our energy and focus greatly becomes our surrounding reality more than ever in the higher realms. Why would one want to continually focus on lower vibrating energy? This energy can feel like something from another world where you are no longer residing. And receiving a healing after you have “gotten here” can also short circuit your system.

• You no longer have the same connection with your physical family. We chose to be born into a physical environment in order to support the development of necessary traits that we chose to embody in order to support our soul purpose. In addition, most of us agreed to uplift the planetary vibration through transmuting the darker and denser energies. After our “prior incarnation” is complete and we are done and have arrived in a higher realm, our purposes with our families are now obsolete. The cords are basically severed. We are no longer connected through “issues.” We are done with this experience. Therefore, our family members can suddenly disappear from our lives for no apparent reason as there is no longer a connection to them. But if we continue to simply love them and have that as our connection, we can continue to maintain a relationship based on joy and choice. And after we arrive in a higher state of clarity, we are also able to clearly see who they really are and how they operate, which has absolutely nothing to do with us.

• Your lifetime friends suddenly leave your life. Same as above. And sometimes we re-unite with friends we haven't seen for eons. This energetic pattern is also true for geographical areas on the planet as well. When we are done with a particular purpose, we are done. In the higher realms it is all about joy, fun, experiencing and creating with no attachments. This is why we may also get to go back to old friends and geographical homes as we are now uniting for a different purpose.

• You suddenly see what it is all about and always has been and it has nothing to do with “karma,” “contracts,” “life lessons,” or “Earth as a school.” These are things that someone made up and many of us bought into. We needed a story to explain why we were so uncomfortable and we needed it to be spiritual and purposeful so that our “suffering” would not be in vain. When the fog finally lifts and we rise above it, we are no longer seeing through limited thinking of a lower vibrating consciousness. It is all about energy and using it to have an experience. We wanted to play games. We made up stories. At times we came to the planet to try and alter it through our higher consciousness that we placed in form (our bodies). We were bored at times. The purpose of Earth and of existence is to create through form. We were never trying to get anywhere or to continually be trying to go back home. We wanted to play, have fun and experience. And we weren't serious all the time! Spirituality is about joy, fun and creating and playing. It is absolutely not rigid, full of rules, or judgmental. It is about freedom, love and laughter.

• You are no longer interested in spiritual gatherings, group meditations, or the New Age arena in general. You have come to realize that “intentional spirituality” is not really real and does not “stick.” The truth of the matter is, we are spiritual 24/7 no matter what we are doing. Forced spirituality removes us from the world and places us in artificial situations where we are not really being, but “trying” to be . In the higher realms, we are simply living our lives and experiencing. We are not continually wanting something else and trying to place ourselves in situations that we think may bring us closer to Source because they seem to be more “spiritual.” It is far better to have the presence of your being here in the world rather than in a pocket of distanced and artificial “trying.”

• You get rid of all your spiritual and self-help books and no longer desire to learn anything new. Congratulations! You have arrived in the state of being . You are also done learning as you are readying to provide your energy through your special gifts and talents by simply being in a space where you are greatly enjoying being here. Being in the moment relates to this as well. And expanding and growing always comes from experience, not from book learning or mental awareness. We can now get any additional information we need through connecting directly. In addition, if you are no longer craving any new information, you are most likely done in this universe and readying to go to the next level.

• You crave simplicity and can barely tolerate anything complicated. We have released so much that we are much more in a state of simplicity. In the higher realms, one does not need to make anything happen or to do one thing in order to have an outcome. There are no hoops to jump through or complicated processes. When we are being a vibration, we simply and naturally draw it to us. And remember, in the higher realms we are simply being, creating and experiencing. No planning, agendas, opinions, or having to prove something or do something in order to receive something.

• Negativity feels downright awful. In the higher realms, there is no contrast or negativity. When we reach a higher state, we know intuitively that life is about joy, passion, and creativity and we never have a thing to complain about. Negativity comes from powerlessness and this state does not exist in the higher realms. And continually talking about anything in a negative way brings it to life and makes negativity a real experience and reality. It gives it fuel and allows it to exist.

• Drama is a thing of the past. When we reach the higher states we can clearly see that we had been most certainly existing in a “play.” As we are now living and viewing things from a higher level, we no longer need dramas and stories to unfold around us due to unintentional and unconscious creating. We no longer desire this emotional state of powerlessness as it no longer fits where we are. And we are much too tired and apathetic as a perfect by-product of the ascension process to have the energy for this kind of thing!

• What you think about seems to arrive in record time. This effect really becomes evident during energy surges. It is perfect training for practicing positive thinking. We are so used to receiving realities as if from no part of our own. We are coming to know that we can really consciously create now with purposeful intent for our best outcomes. And having things arrive for us in record time can be a great opportunity to become very clear in all aspects regarding what we are trying to create. It can be fun to continually tweak our creations until they are perfect.

Musicians Can Now Perform in the Key of LOVE

Ancient Tones Retune Bodies to Balance: Musicians Perform "Perfect Circle of Soundâ„¢" to Produce Miracles and Inspire Spirituality

Choosing to starve when food is plentiful isn't healthy or smart. Why thirst when a pure river of life flows beside you? Likewise, why play music or listen to musicians deprived of nature's sustaining and rejuvenating energy when "the Creator's music" is now available?

The fact is, the Roman Catholic Church altered the sacred original musical scale to produce the current dissonant sounds you hear everywhere. Turn on the radio and Western music is what you get—a dissonant impersonation of "the real thing." This manipulation was originally done to deprive the masses of their free spiritual sustenance. By distorting the Creator's music-the ancient Solfeggio scale—church followers were spiritually-disempowered and seduced into blindly accepting pagan religious doctrines.

In other words, the modern musical tuning with "A" equal to 440 Hertz is a planned distortion and political deprivation of Divine intention to freely and naturally administer spiritual sustenance.

Today's music is dissonantly destructive to developing spirituality and healthy physicality. Besides cutting civilization off from living in harmony with the musical-mathematics of Divinity, modern conflicting vibrations block ambient natural energies from balancing body charkas or energy centers. These are fundamental to Oriental medicine, optimal health, and increased longevity. Besides being energetically destabilizing, modern music is genetically mutating, hormonally stressing, mentally exhausting, emotionally disturbing, and physically debilitating!

You can easily understand this problem by recalling your annoyance over simultaneously engaging two speakers or sources of sound. Recall the last time a neighboring driver blasted his radio while you were trying to listen to yours. Was this unnerving?

Nature produces one set of frequencies I call the Perfect Circle of Soundâ„¢. Western musicians play an altogether different vibrational set. Consider the stress this causes.

Maybe, I mused, that's why so many lead guitarists and vocalists commonly grimace while performing as though their music was painful!

Watch performers body language. Especially guitarists that bend their strings for musical affect. Bending strings further distorts already unnaturally stressful sounds in the “A: 440Hz tuning.

Perhaps if musicians retuned to the Creator's musical scale they might smile more and grimace less, I considered.

The Benefits of Re-tuning

Imagine the benefit and blessing celebrity musicians and vocalists might render if they simply retuned their instruments to the sacred sounds of nature. Rather than "A" tuned to 440Hz (i.e, the Roman Catholic tuning) try the ancient Solfeggio's 417Hz; or "C" tuning at 528Hz. This note lies near the center of the color green on the electromagnetic color scale. It balances and opens your heart chakra. This is also the miraculous LOVE vibration used to play in the key of life. The Creator's "C" scale mends broken hearts, physiologically facilitates deeper breathing, and according to expert geneticists, vibrationally repairs damaged DNA.

So instead of singing the blues in “A” 440, we might find far more LOVE by singing the greens of 528.

That’s pretty much what lead guitarist for the Spiritual Renaissance, Scott Huckabay, did in his live concert album LIVE LOVE in 528. Scott noticed, as I did, a distinctly different vibration came from the 528 open tuning, than from other tunings. He set his strings to only three frequencies for this concert album: 528, 285, and 852. The sound is very mellow and most people who are spiritually sensitive can feel their hearts opening, breath expanding, and oxygen intake increasing while listening to music played in this tuning.

Alternatively, Scott’s Walk on Water tracks were done in open tuning to the harmonics of 396, 639, and 963 Hz. This sounded far more “angelic” than the 528 tuning, and far more relaxing than the 417, 741, and 174 tuning Scott tried and put on the back burner for a future album. This harmonic triad sounded like the ideal tuning for classic rock-n-roll.

Given these revelations, we stand on the threshold of revolutionizing the entire music industry. The discovery of Perfect Circle of Soundâ„¢ is historically and therapeutically significant. It may be able to cure what ails us as a civilization seemingly bent on destruction. The potential for blessing humanity in this way is far more appealing than any previous technology has been able to secure. The fact is, the last time a circle made such a difference in the world was with the invention of the wheel.
