Born in the Ivory-Coast, Irie Bash went early through life as an ambitious person. From one of the ghettos of Yopougon, where he grew up, he has started dreaming about a life on stage. First, he wanted to find a way in a dancing carrier, but soon, he found out that singing was really his thing.
Early he left home to Europe looking for a better future.
Passing through France, Holland and Belgium, he has never given up music. As he said, he's been through a lot because of that same music.
Still looking for someone to produce music that he could sing on. He got in contact with
The Mega producer Georges Kouakou, producer-arranger of Jerusalem of Alpha Blondy, keyboard player of the Wailers, Burning Spear, etc... He has also discovered and produced many great stars of the Ivory-Coast.
From there, things went very fast. He has got signed by
MaBa Music. Mister Kouakou has rearranged all his songs and introduced him to a lot of colleagues, reggae artists from around the world.
From that collaboration, came his debut album, RESPECT, schedule to come out this year...
