one day Killshire & Archbold were listening to the Electric Eels and were full of disgust & joy for their lack of talent; they armed themselves with cymbals, synths and large amps and, in the summer of 2001 in the fine city of Austin, called themselves Coma in Algiers. despite the arrival of the police and the threats to the public, this partnership lasted until Archbold decided to sell all the equipment for his disastrous move to NYC. Killshire followed soon after, much to the same results. second verse same as the first. in 2005, they decided to revive their need to scare the neighbors. with three new additions in Esteban, Johnny, and Jefe, the die was cast and in 2006 the band started playing around town. after a year of sweaty shows, a busted truck (now officially dead, rip) and lots of Lonestar, an album was recorded in the summer of 2007 and released fall of the same year. unfortunately, Esteban, everyone's favorite drummer, decided it was time to seek his heritage & fortunes on the plains of Spain. we wish him well. Cramer stepped into the role with aplomb, and like a bad sitcom we carried on into the new season. 2008 looks to be the year we display the utmost in wanton disregard for wanton disregard.
Johnny smells like foot odor, stale sex, and self-absorption.
Jefe bought a two seat car to permanently get out of hauling his big ass amp.
Cramer beats the drums faster and harder than a blues musician does his own lady.
Killshire has the fire of a six-day-old one pound dead and bloated sewer rat in his belly.
Archbold gnomic gnostic golliard gallionic gueux giaour glutton gadling geason gutsy gestour gilbertian green girn gynotikolobomassophile.
we are COMA IN ALGIERS
around the middle of June 2007, we staggered into the studio to pound out the hits in hi-fi.
